and Conditions
General Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, parasite free,
feeding, and properly sexed. Animals
that are sold before 1st shed or taking at least two meals will not come with
health or feeding guarantee. If buying
from a Show or Local, please inspect your animal before leaving. We will not be responsible for the animal after this time due to
the fact that we cannot control the environment the animal is kept in.
Shipping / Health Guarantee: Live, healthy arrival is guaranteed with the following
conditions:
- Someone must be present to sign for the box when it
arrives.
- If there is a health issue with your animal, you must
notify us within 4 hours of receipt, either by email or a phone
call/message. It is imperative that you check on the condition of the
animal as soon as you receive the box.
If we do not hear from you within 4 hours we will presume that as "everything
is ok and the animal is doing fine".
We will not be responsible for the animal after this time due to
the fact that we cannot control the environment the animal is kept in.
- I may delay shipping your animal to you if I do not
feel that weather conditions are safe enough to guarantee healthy arrival.
- The Selected Animal will only be shipped after all
funds have cleared or full payment if reached.
Payment Methods: A few of the ways you can pay for your purchased animal:
PayPal, Money order or cash. We also
take Debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express with Square
up. If using Paypal or Square up there
is a 3% service charge. All Sales are
Final.
Payment Plans: If you ask for a payment plan with me, here's how it will typically work. I ask that you put 20% deposit to hold your animal.
This amount is non-refundable, except when I cannot provide the animal. The
balance can be paid at your leisure over the rest of the payment period. $200-$500 up to 1month, $501-$1000 up to
2-3months, $1001 + 3-6months. Failure to
complete payment in time will result in refund minus deposit and animal will go
back up for sale.
Making a Claim After Your Purchase: In order to file a claim you must contact me within 4 hours
of the animals arrival to let me know of your concern of its health. I may
require you to email photos to help me understand the condition of the animal.
Genetic Guarantee: When
you purchase from us can be sure that you are receiving the exact genetics you
have paid for. I keep very careful genetic records on all of my animals, both
breeding stock and hatchlings.
All shipments are packed to the
highest standards, including secure containers, insulated boxes and hot / cool
packs to compensate for weather. I reserve the right to delay shipping during
weather extremes.
I ship every Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday via overnight FedEx, alternate shipping days are available by
request. You will receive a custom tracking number and your order arrives the
next morning.
